Oh God...here I go again........

Cracking my head thinking of what to write here tonight........

Oooooopppppsssss.........found nothing but lots and lots of shredded paper inside......

Why...?? Because that's what I've been up to all day......shredding paper.

Crochet video tutorial

It's all about making someone smile. And that someone happens to be a very good friend of mine, CC Peyton. I made this video just for her because she was curious to know how my aunt did the criss cross crochet pattern on the pouch that my aunt made for her last Christmas.

In the beginning I was thinking of scanning the pattern from the crochet book but since my aunt made some changes to the original pattern, it would be difficult for me to explain to her how my aunt did it. So, we thought that it would be a great idea if I would do a video tutorial instead. All I did was took a video of my aunt doing that criss cross pattern for my dear friend to see. It's just that particular part that she is curious about so that's all we did.

Hopefully she'll get the idea once she views the video and will be able to make that criss cross pattern for her own crochet project soon. ;) All the best to you dear CC! ;)

Not sure

Not sure what to feel right now. All mixed up. Happy + sad + confused + bla bla bla bla blaaaaaa

Whatever it is I'm feeling right now.......I know that by tomorrow morning, it will pass......

I would probably forget all about it the next day.......as if it never happened.

I miss Maximus!

I miss Maximus!!!!!!!! Thank God for Youtube!!!! Now I can just watch him there whenever I miss him, LOL! :D

Serabut

If only you could see the mess on my working table right now. I dare not take a photo of it and show you coz that would be truly embarrassing. It's full of shredded paper!! There's shredded paper everywhere. On the table, on the racks, on the floor, on the computer, on the lap table, on the boxes, on my pajamas, everywhere! There's bits and pieces of the shredded paper all over the house. Can find it in the living room....in the kitchen and in the bedroom. 

I'm in the midst of preparing some orders for next week's delivery. It's getting pretty chaotic here trying to prepare them all by myself. Funny thing is, I'm used to the chaos. It's the adrenalin rush that makes it more interesting I suppose. The panic look on my face, the shaky hands, etc....it's what I do best hahahaha! :D

Snap your fingers

What can I say for today.

Definitely a lot of surprises.

One of the many many surprises was.... Emir was here!! Met him today with his cute mother, my dear Aleen hihihihi. Such a nice surprise indeed. Didn't think that I would meet him again so soon. Anyways, it was a good surprise :)

Then, came another surprise. Emir actually remembered how to snap his fingers whenever he sees the fish at our house. I taught him to do that last year. I don't know what I was thinking when I taught him that. Who says that you have to snap your fingers if you want to attract the fish??? Who does that anyways??? hahaha! Silly Aunt Lin! And now he seems to remember it so well and kept trying to snap his little teeny weeny fingers whenever he sees the fish swimming in the aquarium. Although he tried very hard, his tiny fingers are not capable of making any sound whenever he tries to snap it. So in frustration, he claps his hands instead to attract the fish. Awwwwwww......he is so cute!! I melted again. ;)

It's February

It's been a really good week.

The weekend is here again.

Can't believe that January is gone.....February came too fast. I still want to be in January please.

Birthday lunch

Was out for lunch today, celebrating my aunt's birthday. Ooooppps.....I can't remember  exactly how old she is. But I do know that she is in her late 60s. Had lunch at a new place. A new hotel in Alor Setar called New Regent. It used to be called the Regent. It was small hotel before, my Mom's friend used to run the place but now with the new owner, they expanded the hotel and did a full renovation to the whole place. It looks great! They are open for business for quite sometime now after the new renovation but only now do we get to go and eat there. I love the new place and the new interior looks pretty nice. I like it. I also like the food there. I think I'll be going there again hihihihi....definitely!
