No idea

Honestly I'm just so so tired right now.....I still have a lot of work to be done tonight. Got lots to deliver to customers tomorrow. No idea whatsoever what to write about for today's post either. But since I have to write something for my 366 days project, I'll think of good things to write about today.

Hmmm....let me see..........................errrmmmmm.......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz .......too tired to think........all I can say is that I'm grateful I'm still alive, still able to work and I'm surviving still. Today is just another day.........gosh, can't believe it's already the 17th.....time flies fast these days doesn't it.....

I am not a doctor but, have you heard of the anti inflammation diet?

I am wondering if inflammation is what is causing some of your health problems?

Hi Barb..
Wow..this is interesting. I've thought about this before but wasn't sure if it's really the cause of some of my illnesses. I've heard about what wheat and dairy products can do to people with eczema. I guess it doesn't hurt to give this diet a try. Who knows it help me with my problems. Thank you so much Barb :).

Hi, Lin.

I am praying that it helps. Yes, many people seem to have problems with dairy and wheat and these problems manifest themselves as illnesses. And doctors try to cure the illnesses instead of the root which could be this inflammation.

I find this interesting as well. I would like to follow this diet since I seem to like sweets. I think that may indicate yeast of some kind in my body. Who knows? I have never been tested and I would prefer to do my own healing.

This diet does not allow any processed foods or sweets or dairy or wheat. These are not good for health anyways. While I do not eat processed foods, I do eat bread and pasta which is processed. So, need to stick to whole foods only.

Let me know how it goes with your diet and if you notice any difference.
