Dead end

I reached a dead end.....didn't know where to go.......seems like my brain just stop producing ideas or something. I have 2 cards that I needed to get done and it's been due for quite sometime now. It's amazing that my customer has not yet sent me an email complaining about not getting her orders done on time. I feel so miserable actually......so angry with myself for taking such a long long time to finish up the orders. I hate it when this happens.

This is why I won't be taking anymore custom made orders until further notice. I've had enough already!!! So much so that I feel like I want to puke! I just want to start doing designs that I want to do and not what my customers want me to do for a change. I honestly really need a break from custom made orders. Sometimes I think it's just not worth the trouble. I get paid so little for the amount of work that needs to be done. If I charge a lot, nobody wants to order. So I guess it's better I just make whatever designs that I love and try selling them. Better that way. Less stressful! I am not that good in handling stress anyways. I breakdown easily. Maybe when the time is right, I'll start taking custom made orders again......but for now....no more. I hope to get all those custom made card orders done by this week so that I can concentrate on doing what I love. I just can't wait!!!!!! :I

All the best! Custom made products should be expensive and tiring too. Hahaha

Good for you! Now, make sure you stick to it, okay? If I see you start blogging about custom orders again, I'm going to ask you what you're doing...don't make me do that! :D

Custom orders take a lot of time and effort.

You are doing the right thing not accepting custom orders.

You cards are so lovely, I do not understand why someone would want custom anything. Why, I love everyone of your cards. I would not change a thing - your cards are all beautiful because they were designed from the heart with lots of love. It really shows in your work.

Thank you everyone for the comments and support....yes, this time I'm sticking to it! I've had enough of custom made orders for now....seriously I can't stand doing it anymore...to much of work and not getting paid good money for it. Not worth it. :(

Some people wants me to custom make the cards for them because they want something totally different in the market. I can understand their requests but unfortunately how do I tell my brain to be more creative and come up with ideas really fast? It's kinda impossible for me to do so sometimes...so therefore, I have to stop doing it for a while.

Sandi...thanks, I doodle the drawings using the Paint application...I'll try doing so with pencil or pen next time...it will look better than just doing it with the mouse hehehehehehe.... :)
