Goodbye 2010...love you! :)

It's the last day of 2010.....started off the last day with my workout at the park. Went for my aerobics this morning. It was so great! Felt so happy doing it. Especially since we get to learn a new dance step today. :) I didn't even feel like fainting or gasping for air since now that I can breathe better. No more blockage inside my nose.......so exercising is so much easier now that the problem is solved. Yipppeeee! ;)

I can't believe that today is the last day of 2010! Gosh! Time sure fly fast. I'm not sure if I'm ready to face 2011 but I'm excited about it though. I know a lot of good things will be coming my way this new year. New opportunities, new people to meet, new things to try out, new places to visit........... new experiences in life. :)

A lot of good things happened in 2010. Gosh, I wouldn't know where to begin. Work wise, I must say I've done a lot this year! A lot of good things keep coming for my so called hobby turned biz thingy hehe....It's been great! Although I'm not filthy rich yet.....but I'm glad that at least I'm getting better and better at what I'm doing. I know now what I have to do.......and I just have to keep on believing that someday I'll be get more dreams to come true!

2010 was a year full of the good and the bad. Quite balanced actually...hehe. :P Whenever I get bad news.....before I know it, I'll be getting some good news soon after that. In other words I don't get to feel sad for too long. I hate that sad feeling anyways. I don't want to remember the bad things that happened.....I just want to remember the good ones that makes me smile. :)

I've learned a lot.....experienced quite a lot of new things too. I must say 2010 is a year full of challenges. Damn great challenges I tell ya! And I've surprised myself for being so calm about them. Must be the age. Aging does these things to me I suppose. hhaha! I've also noticed that I have this "I don't really care" attitude going on with me now......where I don't care much about what people think about me anymore......as long as I know what I'm doing is the right thing for me.....that's all that matters. I can never get things done or be who I wanna be if I care too much or think too much about what others think of me. So, I guess I'm pulling my own strings now.....I do what makes me happy! :) Life is too short to feel sad all the time. Wasting the energy right? :)

Next year is the year of the Rabbit!!! My year!!! Yup! I was born in the year of the Rabbit 35 years ago. Gosh....something big is going to happen to me....I just know it! I hope it's a good one whatever it is. It'll be a year where I'll be going through one hell of a big change. It'll change me for sure.  Gotta be strong to face it.

Looking back.....how can I not love 2010? It's been a really wonderful year. Love you 2010....but too bad I have to say goodbye to you soon. Looking forward to meet 2011! Woooohooooo!!

Sejak kes banjir dalam bulan November lepas.....sampailah Disember......Disember pun dah nak habis dah....dah nak masuk tahun baru pun......aku masih tak pergi bersenam. Dah banyak hari asyik dok pikir ja pasal bersenam tapi tak pergi pun.

By the way....semalam cerita Sivaji The Boss tu, depa tak kasi terjemahan kat TV....haish! Nasib baik aku dah penah tengok cerita tu sebelum ni, so at least, paham jugaklah apa benda yang hendak diceritakan.....tapi kesian kat my Mom, dia tak paham sangat.....so aku terpaksa story kat dia la skit-skit sambil tonton cerita tu hahaha......walaupun tak paham bahasa Tamil tapi sekurang-kurangnya ada jugalah beberapa perkataan dalam bahasa Tamil yang aku tahu. Demi Superstar Rajni, aku sanggup tengok! Camana dia flip the coin tu?? Camera trick ka atau betul-betul punya aksi tu?? Nampak macam real ja kan?? :D

So....pelan-pelan laa...esok-esok baru tambahkan sessi bersenam tu.

Esok hari Jumaat! Ada aerobik!! Pasti kena join! Dah lama tak aerobik, rasa rindu plak. ;) Tak sabar menunggu hari esok! :)

Mee Udang Aur Gading

Mee Udang!!!!! Eh, got prawn behind the mee meh?? Yup....got plenty of it actually hahaha. Big ones too! Gosh I can't remember when was the last time I ate prawns this big!! They are so big I tell ya! haha! Since I've been allergic to seafood for so long, I haven't been eating this type of prawn for a long long time.

I thought to myself......why not ya? Why not? It's not going to kill me anyways. It will probably make me itch just a bit. :P I don't eat prawns everyday anyways. I've just started taking them since I'm on my supplements lately. The supplements really helps in aiding my allergies. So, I can eat seafood and not get a very bad side effects from it. But I always remember not to overdose anything. Take anything in moderation.

Mee udang at Aur Gading, Sg.Dua, which is at Butterworth is quite good. I wouldn't say excellent though. But I would probably not go eat there again simply because I don't like how they serve the noodles. It's too soft for my liking. I think they overcooked it. But the prawns were fresh and tasty. The whole thing was quite spicy....so I like it. I don't like it if it's too sweet.

I saw quite a number of restaurants there selling these prawn noodles.......didn't know which one was the best one to try. But my aunt and I were told that the one at Aur Gading is good, so we gave it a try. If you love seafood, then you should go and try it. They don't only sell prawn noodles, they also sell other seafood dishes there and the place is nearby a river. We should have ate by the river instead......would have been more special hehehe!

I was so excited about eating the prawns that I forgot to take a photo of me eating it hahaha. Oh well! Was too psyched about it I guess. We had to wait a long time to get our food on the table. We were so hungry....huhuhu. Thank God it tasted nice. Oh! It's quite pricey too ya.....huhu. For 3 people plus the drinks, it costs us almost RM50.00! And it's all because of those giant prawns hahaha. :D

Leha Kelfood

 Nasi Dagang

 Nasi Kerabu

Nasi Dagang with daging bakar and keropok...yum yum!

I had the opportunity again to go and have breakfast at Leha Kelfood at Taman Melati Utama, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur during my short vacation. Perhaps the name Leha Kelfood means Leha Kelantan Food? It makes sense right? hehe! I don't know....I'm just guessing hehe!  I love the food there. Especially the Nasi Dagang....my fave! :)

I think this is the second time I've gone to have breakfast there, or is it my third?? I've forgotten.  :P The food there is kinda expensive but it tastes really nice. That's the only place I know of that serves Kelantan dishes that actually tastes really nice. Don't know of any other place where they sell really good Kelantan food. Does anybody know? Care to share with me? Would love to check out other places that sells really good Kelantan food. Can't find any in Alor Setar hehehe!

I can only eat Kelantan food whenever I go to KL.......better yet, if  I can go to Kelantan itself. Then I can taste the real thing there. Feeling hungry for some Nasi Dagang right now! Ooooooh!!! My stomach  is grumbling already......huhu! :D

If you go to Leha Kelfood, you'll just be going googoogaga over the choices of food served there. So many yummy dishes to choose from. They even have roti canai there, so it's not just Kelantan dishes but so many other types of food sold there. I can hardly decide which one I want to eat.  Everything looks so yummy! They even serve desserts like cakes, cream puffs, tidbits and traditional desserts too.

If you have not tried the food there.......what are you waiting for? GO! Go try it! You won't regret it! ;)

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! I had the opportunity last week to go to Pavillion during my stay in Kuala Lumpur. Took a few shots of the Christmas decorations there. Every year, Pavillion will always decorate their store with beautiful Christmas decorations. Personally I think last year's decoration was better than this year's but somehow they managed to come up with something special this time around. Something I didn't experience last year at the place. You wanna know what it is?? It's fake snow!! See them at the photo below!

Can you see it?? It's way up at the ceiling top.....the fake snow falls gently onto the ground but firstly lands on top of the heads of many people gathering under it. I didn't want to get that close and have fake snow all over my scarf and clothes hehehe.... :) I was lucky to have arrived at the place at the right time to witness it! If I had arrived later, I would have missed it.

Hundreds of people gathered there that night. It was so difficult to move around with so many people crowding the place. I was waiting for my friend to arrive but since she was super duper late, I got the chance to go around the place and took shots of the Christmas decorations there.

The decorations are very pretty no? I didn't get the chance to go view the other Christmas decorations at other departmental stores in KL.....but I did see the ones in Sogo, KL which was very pretty too! It's something that you don't get the chance to see here in Alor Setar. Not much of Christmas deco around here...hehe. Even if there was any, it's not as grand. :)

Have a merry merry Christmas to everyone out there who are celebrating! Especially to my followers here! Hope you guys have a great Christmas celebration with family and friends! Ho!Ho!Ho! :D

Back home

Alhamdulillah.....I'm back at home this evening after spending a few days of my holidays in KL. I really needed the time off from work and go do new things elsewhere and get some new experiences. Plus, to spend some time with good company too :). That's a bliss!

I got the chance to go to a new craft store that I've been dying to visit for quite some time now in Kajang and finally with the help from a good friend I finally got there. It was great!! I'll be blogging about that at my card blog soon enough. There's just lots to share about that visit. Sigh...I felt like I just want to camp inside that craft store that day hehehehe.....so many things to look at and yet so little time to spend there. Hope to go there again one day.

I'm glad that during this trip I am feeling so much better....healthier I mean...otherwise I would be feeling so tired to the max after coming back from a holiday. That is usually the case before....but now no more. The supplement I'm taking now seems to be working so well for me. Can't seem to see myself without it now. I hope by next year, my allergies will be history and I can at least enjoy life better without them. In fact I'm already enjoying it now although I'm not fully recovered from it. For that I'm grateful. :)

I got a shock when I went to my aunt's house this morning and went up the stairs to her house which is on the 5th floor and I didn't even pant!! I was breathing normally and I could even talk after the climb! Years before, I would be grasping for air and could barely speak at all if I were to climb up the stairs that high. I was so amazed. It's fantastic!

Oh! Not forgetting the things I ate during this trip!! Wow....things that I have not eaten in years.....I got to eat them again.....and again......and again! LOL! Gosh....I feel so blessed now that I get to eat seafood again.....but only in small quantities now.....I'm trying not to go too crazy about it. I realise that I'm not fully cured yet so I must not go overboard. But I'm happy I get to eat them now. What a great gift that is :).

Gosh.....now that I'm home....all I can think about is how much of work that I have to get done. Orders to check and do. But I still want to play with my new toys that I got from the trip. Not sure if I have the time to play with it yet though. Oh! I must not forget the giveaways as well! It's the last one this year. And I haven't even started making any of it. 12....need to make twelve of them....oh boy oh boy oh boy!!

There were a few things that I managed to experience during this trip.....and I'll be sharing it here soon. Till then!! ;)

It's not easy

Oh what a day it has been.....since morning till now.

Went to a few places today........to get my supplements, some goodies from Pekan Rabu and also to the post office at Tesco. Finally I posted the package to my dear friend CC. She's been waiting for her cards that she ordered from me for the longest time and I'm so happy I get to post them to her today. Feels great!!! I really hope they arrive at her doorstep in New Mexico in good condition. I even registered the post so that I can track it if anything happens....just in case!! It's a big box.....cost me a lot as well for the postage......so I was pretty scared when handing it over to the clerk......I even recited some doas in my heart as I passed the box to him...hehehe! Hope all will be well :).

I was supposed to be on my way for my vacay today but things took a different turn and it's postponed till....................hehehe! Will blog about it when the time comes ;). I still have a few things to get done before I go for the vacay.....actually I got a lot of things to do....so many plans. But I really need a break from work for a while. Seriously need a break! Soon, very soon......that day will come ;).

A lot of good things happened to me today.  I feel so much better as well too. Alhamdulillah I finally found some good supplements for myself.... a really good find.....a really good deal as well. Suits me too since I'm pretty much broke right now. I know some people may not find me amusing to them anymore since I'm broke, but it's ok.....I am not upset with them. It's their lost. They just lost a good friend. Too bad.

It's not easy to find good friends who will stick by us through good and bad....in sickness and in health.....it's a rare find these days, no? :I

T.I.R.E.D

Pretty tired.....been working like crazy since morning.....non stop till now......

I really hope for things to get better next year.....got a lot of new plans in my head.....all ready to be implemented before year end.

Someone said something really sickening to me today......I already predicted it...anticipated too? Oh how I hate it when I'm right about something sometimes. Oh well.....one thing I'm certain of right now.....right at this moment.....is that.....I don't want to be apart of that particular circle anymore. I might change my mind in future....who knows.....only time will tell.

I think I'm getting more and more tired of people lying to me.....why won't they stop lying? Gosh...don't they get tired of lying? Don't they know that I can tell if they are lying? Please stop it......I've had enough. :(

Got To Be There - Michael Jackson

How can I not love this song.....it's a must have in my play list. :)

Got To Be There - Michael JacksonSocialTwist Tell-a-Friend

A better method

I realised something today about myself......and it's quite surprising really. And I never thought I would be so affected by it either. But at least now I know something new about myself and I feel good about it too.

One thing I know for sure....communication is very important. Very very important. How you get the message across without leaving a negative effect on someone. I don't believe much in using forceful methods in conveying a message. Especially to kids. Perhaps because through my life experience as a young kid, I know that it didn't work much on me. I believe if my parents had used a different approach, things would have been so different for me.

It's sad that people prefer to use forceful methods because it's the only way they know how to get the message across. Even though they know it doesn't really work. Why not try talking......? Perhaps they just don't know how.  Or they just don't have the patience. Forceful methods seems like the fastest and most effective solution. Learning how to communicate is very crucial. I have much to learn about it myself.

I'll Be There - Michael Jackson

If someone were to ask me which one I love best.......his voice when he was younger or when he was older.....I would definitely choose when he was younger......he sounded so much better at this age. Can feel the energy in his voice so strong. So innocent..... :)

Allah loves you

I wasn't in the mood to write anything here yesterday. I was totally not in the mood because something awful happened yesterday evening to a good friend of mine. Something that made me think more seriously about marriage.

What happened to her is not something new. I've heard of cases like this hundreds of times before. And it makes me sick to the stomach just thinking about it. Tried my best to console her wounded heart. But I know, mere words is not going to help much. I know it will take more than that to help her get over the trauma. I can't imagine if something like that were to happen to me. I would probably loose my mind for a while.

Times like this, we seek to Allah for guidance and peace of mind. InsyaAllah, He will help us find our way. Whatever the trauma.......it will pass. In the mean time, we just have to be patient and stay calm. No point in getting angry.....no point in getting upset about it. What is done is done. Nothing can change what has already happened. The damage is already done. We just have to be brave.....and carry on living....put the past behind and move forward. It's easier said than done.....I know........but the truth is, that's the only thing we can do.....just move forward.......take good care of ourselves, be kind to ourselves and love ourselves. We deserve to have a good life.

We deserve to be happy. Whatever bad thing people had done to us, just leave it all to Allah to take care of it. Because sometimes, we just can't handle it ourselves.....it's beyond our control. Just try to forget and move on with our lives. If they don't love you anymore, it's ok because........always remember, Allah loves you......now and always.

Salam Maal Hijrah 1432

Salam Maal Hijrah 1432 to everyone! It's a holiday here in Alor Setar today.....woooohoooo! What a beautiful day today has been so far...........the weather is so cool and breezy even in the afternoon. It rained so heavily last night I thought that it was going to flood again! Thank God it didn't. But because of the rain, the weather is so so nice this morning. So fresh....so beautiful. Taking a walk in the garden was a bliss. I can see the birds are happy too :).

Another new year......another new beginning for all of us. Hoping that this new year will bring me loads of happiness.....lots of new things to venture in......just hoping for more good things to keep coming my way. I leave behind all the sadness and the bad and take in the good and the happiness in the new year, insyaAllah.

Love Is Blue - Paul Mauriat

I remember this song well........used to listen a lot of it long time ago. If I hear it somewhere, it immediately brings back all my childhood memories. Paul Mauriat did a remake of Andre' Popp's "Love is Blue" back in 1968 and it hit #1 for 5 weeks in the charts. Another song he is famous for is El Bimbo....love that one too :).

Goodbye Rose

Today is the day. I was surprised to be informed this morning that today is Rose's last day of working at our house. She didn't tell us anything about leaving to us when she came over to our house last week although she has been talking about leaving Malaysia for months now, we just didn't know when is the exact date. And suddenly today she just dropped the bombshell. I feel kinda sad to see her go. I knew she will be leaving us someday. I know she can't work here forever. It's not just the thought of losing a good maid like her that makes me sad......it's like losing a friend somehow or a sister. She is such a nice person. I just hope she will find something good to do to support herself when she goes back to her country.

I know she misses her Mom badly....and her family too. She hasn't seen them in 5 years.  That's a pretty long time to be away from family.

I guess that's life. You can't hold on to something forever. Someday it has to go. Even we ourselves can't stay around forever.

Goodbye Rose......may you find happiness wherever you go.........

I was looking for the instrumental songs I used to hear when I was little......but couldn't find it on Youtube. I know the title is called Arabian Nights but still nothing came out. So I referred to my music guru who is none other than my sis hehehehe.....so she reminded me of the composer, Paul Mauriat. After searching for Paul....then I found Ron Goodwin. Ronald Alfred Goodwin or Ron Goodwin is a British composer and conductor famously know for his film scores. :) Paul Mauriat is famous for the song "Love is Blue". Will be posting that song soon. Then all the songs from the Arabian Nights album came out on Youtube! Yay!!! I was so freaking happy! I haven't heard these songs in ages! What bliss to get to hear them now :)

Trying out something new

I'm so relieved to be able to post all the prizes to the winners of my giveaway today. Well, all 10 of them actually.....I still got one more yet to post because she gave me her mailing details a little late. Phew! I can't believe I did it! Now, I can concentrate on the other projects in line. Most of them are related to quilling still.....not sure when I'm gonna try another technique. I am interested in one new technique though......something I've been interested in for quite some time now but have yet to try. Will give it a shot soon. :).

I've got ATCs to do as well. Hmmm.....this project brings back memories actually hehehe......because I have to draw or paint on them. So, it's something that I haven't done in quite a while. It will be very very interesting indeed! :)

Talking about trying something new especially this late in the year, I've been experimenting on a lot of new things for myself and am having fun doing it actually. Anything that will make me feel good and look good. :)  And I must say the new medication I'm taking for my thyroid is working out so well. I can feel and see the difference. I still have a long way to go though. I gotta be realistic. Can't expect something that has been with me for 14 years to disappear in a month's time. It'll take time to heal. Just have to be patient.

Off to quill! Got some love theme cards to get done by tomorrow. I'm glad it's one of those designs that I love making hehehe! Got Christmas cards to get done as well. Gotta get them posted to my friends by next week. Gosh, next week will be one busy busy week!!! I can't believe tomorrow is already Monday!! How time flies!! Super fast!!!

Have I Told You Lately - Rod Stewart

Roderick David Stewart or popularly known as Rod Stewart......a British singer song writer and musician. His raspy singing voice is very distinctive and I believe is one of a kind. He made a few cover versions of songs from various artists during his singing career and this song is one of them.  An acoustic cover version of Van Morrison's Have I Told You Lately. What a beautiful song.....very heartfelt. Dedicated to all my readers who are in love and a big fan of Rod Stewart :).

December 2010

I can't believe it......we are already in the last month of the year! Yikes! I don't think I've accomplished all I set out to do in the beginning of the year. In fact right now, I can't even remember what was my new year's resolution....honestly. :P The days just past by so fast...... But it has been a good year for me though no matter what.

I feel a bit guilty lately for not going for my morning walk and workout at the park for quite sometime now. Ever since the flood hit our neighbourhood, I haven't had the chance to go there since I've been so busy with the mud cleaning and with my card business. To be honest, there's still mud in the store room that has yet to be touched. Both me and my Mom are just too darn tired of doing anything about it. So we just wait for the weekly maid to do it for us now. At least she doesn't have to do as much mud cleaning as I had to earlier on.

I'm quite sure I'm pretty hungry right now......but I haven't a clue what to eat. I had a late lunch today. Pretty heavy one too, so I was feeling quite full......until just now. Sometimes, I feel hungry but I just don't have the mood to eat. Have you ever felt the same way? It's not about laziness to prepare food. It's just that I don't have the will to eat. Mom is already asleep. Pretty tiring day for both of us. I guess I'll have to eat alone again tonight.

Keep looking at my working table and jotting down the list of things to do for the next few days. It's going to be a very very busy one. Planning on a getaway soon........so everything has to be done before that day comes. Plus, a few relatives are coming over as well next week........man, I can just imagine how busy I'll be. I just hope I won't get sick or anything. I need the good health to finish up my work on time. Hope things will run smoothly. :)

Benefiber

Honestly, this is the first time I've heard of this product. Never knew it existed before. Thanks to Nuffnang advertisements, now I do. I just found out that Benefiber is giving away free samples for consumers to try their product. I've already filled up the form to get me some free samples. Just curious to know what it's like. Have anyone out there tried this product before? Is it any good? Are there any bad side effects?

What I do know about Benefiber powder is that it's said to be made of 100% natural ingredients. It can be added to your food or drink, hot or cold and it dissolves easily into your food and drink without changing it's texture or taste. With Benefiber powder, it's easy to add fiber into your daily diet. I believe it's good for people who are too busy to eat their vegetables or find it difficult to get any with their busy lifestyle. Or whatever problems that they are facing with their diet, this can be a solution for them. It's sugar free as well.

If you are as curious and as interested as I am about Benefiber, then do visit this site and get your free samples today!

“TRON: Legacy” is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that’s unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Garrett Hedlund), a rebellious 27-year-old, is haunted by the mysterious disappearance of his father Kevin Flynn (Oscar®- and Golden Globe®-winner Jeff Bridges), a man once known as the world’s leading video-game developer. When Sam investigates a strange signal sent from the old Flynn’s Arcade—a signal that could only come from his father—he finds himself pulled into a digital world where Kevin has been trapped for 20 years. With the help of the fearless warrior Quorra (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe—a universe created by Kevin himself that has become far more advanced with never-before-imagined vehicles, weapons, landscapes and a ruthless villain who will stop at nothing to prevent their escape. Presented in Disney Digital 3D™ and scored by Grammy® Award-winning electronic music duo Daft Punk, “TRON: Legacy” hits U.S. theaters on Dec. 17, 2010, in Disney Digital 3D™ and IMAX® 3D

WOW!!! I want to watch this movie really bad!!! It's so cool!! The minute I saw the trailer I knew I just had to watch this movie. I'm so happy to know that courtesy of TGV Cinemas and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Malaysia, 50 Glitterati Nuffnangers and their guests will be catching the Premiere Screening of Tron: Legacy 2 days before its official release date! I hope I'll be one of the lucky 50! :)

But there is a twist!! Something bad happened! Something unexpected! As you can see from the image above, the set of keys to the safe containing Tron: Legacy has been stolen from the projectionist’s room at TGV Cinema! Oh no!!! So how am I going to catch this super duper cool movie now????!!!! Looks like I will have to use my detective skills plus my high intuition to help TGV Cinemas find the keys and catch the culprit who did this awful act of crime! If I can solve this case I can stand a chance to win myself an entire screening hall of any movie + a Panasonic 50" 3DLCD + 3D Blu-ray Player and more!!! WOW!!! Those are super duper cool stuff to win!!! I wish! I wish I could win them all!!

A box of goodies

Late this morning everyone in our neighbourhood received each a box of goodies (ie: rice, biscuits, sardines, milk, Milo, cooking oil, cereals etc etc) from the government. I didn't expect to be getting anything like this from the government since we never received anything from the last 2 floods that hit us years ago.

This is the second time we got goodies since the flood.....the first time was from the Buddist Society. We are also getting compensation from the government in the form of money for our loses. I must say this time around, we are very lucky. Very very lucky. Very thankful for all the things we are getting now. At least it helps lessen the burden we faced from the flood. Not everything inside the box is suitable for us to eat though. Some are meant for kids. So we'll be giving those away to families who have kids at home. :)

Asmara

Can't believe it.....I actually forgot to watch "Asmara" again.....two weeks in a row! Oh nononononono!  And the funny thing is, I've only realized it today! Today is Thursday not Tuesday la Lin!!! No Asmara tonight laaaaa.......haiyaaaa......Plus, I also just found out that next week is the final episode! Oh god! I must make sure I put a reminder in my hand phone this time so that I won't forget to watch it. And I hope the ending is a good one too hehehe!

Actually.......at first when they started showing this drama series on TV3, I didn't even bother to watch it.....told myself not to get hooked again watching Malay dramas. But after they showed a few episodes of it, one fine night I decided to watch it and I got hooked!!! The story line was quite good.....plus, Fauziah Nawi was starring in it as well......so, I knew it had to be good otherwise she won't be starring in it! Right? And sure enough I was right. It is good. Aaaannnnnnddddddd.......just like every other girl, I got hooked on Asmara too! hahaha! I mean, Shaz Jazlee hehehehe... ;) comel....kan kan kan????? :P Very very young too.....yup, wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too young..... :P Ok....enough about Asmara.....hehehehe......lets talk about Lin now.....hehehu!

What a day! I struggled to make the pop up cake card last night.....I haven't made one for quite a while and I almost ruined it at the very last minute. Thank God all went well in the end and I got it posted today. I realised that my pop up cake looks better now and it pops up better now too that I have been making it a few times. I now feel that it's no longer that difficult. It's complicated but at least now I know how to make it easier. But still, it's a lot of work. And I still prefer to just do quilling instead. Quilling is so much more fun! Especially quilling teddy bears.....speaking of which, I got a few of them to make tonight....will be sleeping late again as usual @_@....

I am so relieved to finally found a place where I can buy ink for my printer. At last  today I found a stationery shop here in Alor Setar that sells it! All this time I've been searching for it here but couldn't find it......I always had to get my supplies of ink from KL. Now no more! Yay!!! What a huge relief!

There's news about predictions of  heavy rain coming to Kedah, Perlis, Kelantan and Terengganu.....they said that it's going to rain for at least 3 days in a row starting this coming Sunday. That's the second wave it seems. I don't know if the heavy rain is going to cause another flood over here.....I certainly hope it's not as bad as they say it would be. Praying for the safety of everyone......may we all be spared from this terrible flood.....amin.

Alhamdulillah

Alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah.......the best thing to do when we are faced with adversity is to say Alhamdulillah. Pabila diri difitnah, dituduh yang bukan-bukan....dianiaya, ditipu....ingatlah sentiasa, bahawa kita sedang diuji. Tabahlah menghadapi ujian-ujian ini. Saya akui....dah berulang-ulang kali perkara sebegini terjadi tapi walau bagaimana saya cuba untuk elakkannya dari berlaku......ia tetap juga berlaku.  Hairan....sungguh hairan. Saya tak tahu apa salah saya. Apalah dosa saya sehingga diperlakukan sebegini. I don't deserve this treatment. Nobody does.

Namun saya tahu.....Allah is great. Allah sees everything that we do in our daily lives. He sees everything....He hears everything......He knows everything. Tak perlulah kita nak sembunyikan apa-apa dariNya. There is no way for us to hide. No where to run.

Saya dah letih.....sangat sangat letih. Sudah tak larat lagi nak uruskan hal-hal sebegini. Lebih baik saya serahkan saja pada Tuhan untuk uruskannya. Mungkin masa akan menentukan segalanya. The truth will prevail. Saya hanya mampu mengucapkan Alhamdulillah pada mereka yang suka menganiaya saya. Terima kasih banyak-banyak kerana sudi menganiaya saya. Kalau ada kelapangan, silalah buat lagi ye. Terima kasih. Ingat......it's not me that you have to deal with later.........it's with Allah. I leave it all to  Allah.  May He have mercy on you.

Never Say Never - Justin Bieber

I may not be Justin Bieber's biggest fan but I do, yes I do love this song a lot. It gives me that extra motivation and drive to push myself further and never give up! Never let anyone tell you what you can't do.  Never say never to yourself either. Never say never!!!! Wooohooo! :)

A funny encounter

I never thought I would say this today.....but, I'm surprised how peaceful I feel right now. I'm finally at peace. Things are looking good. What kept bugging me the past few days doesn't bother me anymore. What a big relief. :)

Today didn't seem so eventful.....nothing great happened except for a few things regarding work that I am very happy about. :) Big smiles :). The past few days have been really hectic. A lot of work to be done. A lot, I tell ya! I'm always busy busy busy....huhuhuhu. I can't remember when was the last time I had the chance to watch anything on TV.

Went to Pizza Hut today.....the one where Cathy Cinema used to be. First time for me to set foot in it. :P Kept wondering if the pizza there is going to be any good. I do know the one at Tesco is not up to my standards and the other one near Mergong is lousy. So, I was really hoping that this one is going to be good. Otherwise, I would have to go to Sungai Petani if I ever want to eat Pizza Hut's pizza  again :P. So! The thing is, we didn't eat there. We decided to take away instead. While waiting for our pizza to be prepared, one of the customer sitting next to us got up to get their order.......AND!!!!!! I got a shock when I saw his pants! His pants was cut open at the back! One BIG hole I tell ya! And the big cut look like as if it was intentional! But why? Why oh why???!!!! God!! Everyone there could see his bum....his hairy bum! Eeeeewwwwwww!!! If you have a bum as good looking as Daniel Craig's bum, hey....I wouldn't mind if you had a big hole in your pants......because his bum is so good looking......but when you have an ugly bum like that.....please, please hide it! OK??!! HIDE IT WELL!!! Good grief! :P Well, I guess that was the highlight of my not so eventful day hahahahaha.......I couldn't stop laughing....it was just too freaking funny and gross at the same time. Hahahaha!

The weather tonight looks like it's going to rain again.....it did rained just a little bit this afternoon.....not enough to water the plants outside...hahaha. Perhaps the rain that's coming tonight will finish the job. It would be nice though......cool weather at night......will help me sleep better tonight.  I can hear the raindrops outside the house right now.....a good sign for me to go offline early tonight. I hate to leave the PC on during heavy rain....especially if there is lightning.

A few more rounds of surfing and checking my emails and I'm signing off. Have a good Monday evening everyone! :)
