Nothing much happened today.......not much of a celebration.....I turned 34 today....yup, 34!!! Yikes! I'm sooooooooooooooooo not loving it.....feeling so old...
I was really hoping that this year I would be celebrating my birthday with a big big smile....but instead I didn't smile much today.....didn't even get a birthday present from my Mom....or from my close family members.....the only one who gave me something was my Makndak....got a really pretty brooch set from her.....so nice and thoughtful of her.... :)
They say that, it's actually not the gifts that counts....it's the thought....oh ya....did I mentioned I didn't even get a birthday card?????!!!!! Yup....didn't get one at all.....so ironic....maybe next year I should make one for myself.....a really big one and post it! Then when I receive it, I will pretend to be excited! LOL! So pathetic huh?

Same thing happened to me.
Not only my family members, even my hubby forgot my birthday. Huhu. Only 1 or 2 friends SMSed me. But I'm used to it. As far as I could remember, my mom never wish me happy befday. But i know she remembers it.
Mango...we sure got a lot in common huhuhu.... Oh well...maybe in time I will get used to it as well.... :(
